Overall good, but the cleaning of the room could and should be better than what it is, the SPA are very good and complete, has sauna and Turkish Bath (I don't know if that's the right name for it, sorry, lol).

I stayed there one year ago for 6 night. In General I was satisfied. The rooms are big with comfortable beds and every room has enormous bathrooms. One negative point is that the hotel is far from cities so you need a car. But the only thing that annoyed me is that on the breakfast buffet I found aunts and I was really disgusted

Have you ever been a guest in hotel without HOT water in the shower? it has been already 3 days that i don't have HOT shower. Just warm. I asked the reception staff what's going on and they said that they need to turn on the boiler 😯 The reception staff is very nice but most of them don't speak English. The cleaning is good. Beautyfull location, but far from everything and also very unpleasant to drive around during the dark hours because there is no light around at al!! unfortunately i can't just go from here because already had booked for all pesach holiday.

The place is a gigantic building (like a cold war military facility) and the service is what you would expect in the soviet cold war times. Check-in takes almost two hours (no exaggeration) and the line is going out of a giant hall to the street. Employees just don't care. A huge mistake in an otherwise nice and welcoming country.
